Terms & Conditions
All Payments are to be made by Bank Transfer (BACS) unless otherwise discussed and stated on the Invoice.
Full payment is required before the release of any final working files or high resolution artwork.
All Payments are due within 3 working days from the date of invoice.
Any Payments failing to be made by the due date may be subject to additional daily late fees (10% daily increase) and/or have further legal action taken against them.
Any queries or disputes should be raised before the invoice payment due by date and then respectfully communicated in a timely manner. (Outcome at the discretion of Llott Design and subject to Terms & Conditions).
Overdue payments of 7 days are subject to the latest Terms & Conditions in use - which can be found at www.llottdesign.com/termsandconditions
Deposit Payments are not subject to late fees, however, the any jobs will not proceed until any required deposits have been paid.
Deposits not made within 30 days of invoice may be subject to updated quoting and cost.
All Deposits are non-refundable.
If Cancellation is required, any work already carried out may still be subject to full remaining payment.
Lack of response or communication may result in the job ending, with full outstanding payment still required.
Lack of response or communication upon follow up for overdue payments may be treated as avoidance to pay and may have legal action taken against them as well as any late fees applied.
Any additional assets to be purchased are to be discussed and agreed upon first in writing, including email communication, and are charged at additional costs to any other agreed quotes or invoices.
All Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of quoting and are subject to change after that time.
Pricing may vary between Flat Rates and Hourly Rates dependant on what is agreed or stated.
Any additional work load or adjustment in relation to any job (or asset purchase) at any stage may be subject to further cost dependant on requirements and final work carried out, and will be accordingly added to the next Invoice.
Additional or hourly costs are charged at minimal increments of £50, and when hourly, progress to the next hours charge once surpassing the current hour.
All existing assets or files provided by the client are the responsibility of the client to ensure correct and legal usage.
All work is the responsibility of the client to check and approve as provided.
Neither Llott Design or its members are liable for any errors found after the approval of any work.
By accepting to proceed with a job, you acknowledge that deadlines and time frames must be realistic and agreed in writing by both parties if absolutely necessary.
Llott Design may only operate during set hours and may also have scheduled ‘out of office’ dates, whether they may be appointments, or annual leave.
All Third Parties used by, recommended by, collaborating with, or working in any other way which may be only considered associated with Llott Design or the client are responsible for their own actions, service, and quality.
Any Third Party services, printers, or manufacturers used or recommended by the client, are responsible to communicate, check and approve any work they are to be involved in is suitable for their methods of production to achieve their standard of quality, as well as providing proofs, physical or digital, to the client for approval before production. Files to be provided by Llott Design can be set up accordingly as requested, but must be well communicated if any differences or errors that are not suitable for their requirements, methods or nature of use are noted upon necessary inspection before production.
All concepts, proofs, or working files, or final artwork of any nature may not be used, replicated, manipulated, or taken credit for in any way by the client or third party unless authorised.
Use by the client as per the original intended nature discussed is permitted following any full required payments. Manipulation or false credit taken is still not authorised by default.
All source/working files are not required to provide unless agreed upon. If provided, unless otherwise agreed, they may not be used or manipulated by any third parties.
All work remains the full property of Llott Design until full payment is received.
All work, artwork and files will be kept by Llott Design, and may be used for advertisement, promotional, example purposes, or any similar nature at any stage, including after full payment and job completion.
All discussions via digital communication may be kept on record to refer to at a later date.
Llott Design does not tolerate any abuse, threats, or negative behaviour of any nature. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your job, with any remaining payment still due.
